If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased on this site, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY.
- OPENED/USED ITEMS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT FOR USE ON ANOTHER PURCHASE. You must, also, return at least 75% of the product to be eligible for a product exchange. Once you have exchanged any item, the sale is considered final and no further returns/exchanges are possible. A customer is allowed to return opened products a maximum of three times in a one year period.
- BRAND NEW UNOPENED PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED FOR MONEY BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT ONCE WE RECEIVE THEM.
- All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. We highly suggest using a shipping method that is insured and that contains a tracking number.
- We do not refund shipping costs if they were paid, and we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from the return/store credit.
- If we observe unusual return activity, we reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges at any time from that customer.
- Any reward points earned for transaction will be deducted from your account if a monetary refund is given.
- In the case that the product arrived damaged to you, we will replace the product at no expense to you. However, you must notify us within three days of the date and time of delivery to be eligible.
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
INITIATE A RETURN:
You can submit your return request by calling us at 877-800-3754 or using the form on the CONTACT US page. Please be sure to include the following in your submission:
- Your order number (put this in the comments box)
- Date of purchase
- Your name, email address, and telephone as it appears on the order
- Which product(s) you would like to return
- A brief reason for the return
Please be sure to fill out all of the information above, and ensure that it is accurate. If any information is incorrect this may delay the return process. Once you submit this form you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (may be longer outside of business hours/weekends). Once you receive an email response from us you may return the product.
Please be sure to ship the entire product with all of its inserts and packaging if any. Within 3 business days of receipt of your returned item, we will either issue a refund to the credit card you used to purchase the product, or we will email you with instructions on how to use your store credit. If we find an exception to any of the guidelines on this page, your refund/credit may be denied at our discretion.
