1. How much is shipping?

EntirelySkin has free USPS Ground shipping for any order in the U.S.  We offer USPS Priority shipping (2-4 business days) for $4.95 and USPS Express shipping (1-2 business days) for $24.95.

2. How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Click on Redeem Points on the footer or click HERE to redeem the Loyalty Points you earn.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We allow international shipping on a case by case basis for additional charge. We cannot be held responsible for any custom's fees involved with international orders, nor can we provide accurate delivery estimates for international orders.  We CANNOT ship Dermalogica products internationally.

4. How do I track my order?

You will get a shipping confirmation email with shipment tracking information from EntirelySkin after your order has been shipped.

5. Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is ONLY applied to orders shipping in Ohio.

6. Can I Make Changes to an Open Order?

You may modify your order as long as it has not shipped. We CANNOT add products to an existing order.  We are only able to change the products if the substituted product is of equal or lesser value. If applicable, the price difference will be refunded to you.

7. Why Have I Not Received My Order Confirmation Email?

8. What Happens When My Product is Backordered?

If a product ordered is not in stock, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days with the estimated shipping date.

9. Why Was Part of My Order Cancelled and Refunded?

Orders are not cancelled or refunded without first notifying you either by phone call or email.
